  • Exhibition process

Before the exhibition

    Registration and booth reservation: Register through official channels, select a booth (standard or special), pay attention to the deadline and pay the fee.

    Preparation of exhibits: Determine the list of exhibits and promotional materials, ensure the quality of exhibits, and arrange safe transportation.

    Personnel arrangement: Identify the staff who are familiar with the business and have strong communication skills, handle the documents and trainings.

    Exhibition design and construction (special booth): Design the exhibition plan in advance, find a professional company to build, ensure the safety of materials, and comply with regulations.


During the exhibition

    Exhibition site layout and exhibit display: Reasonably arrange exhibits and materials, check the display effect and lighting, set up signs and interactive elements.

    Customer reception and communication: The staff is proactive and enthusiastic, with professional knowledge answering questions and collecting customer information.

    Sales and trading: Familiar with sales processes, clear pricing strategy, prepare contracts and payment equipment, and pay attention to the safety of exhibits.

    Adhere to exhibition rules: comply with opening and closing times, on-site order, and safety regulations.


After the exhibition

    Exhibits dismantling and transportation: Dismantle the exhibits according to regulations, carefully pack the exhibits, and arrange transportation.

    Customer follow-up: Organize and analyze customer information, develop follow-up strategies, and maintain customer relationships.
