Exhibition Registration

    Please register for the exhibition via the official website for the exhibition or the official designated channels, and provide detailed company information, exhibit scope, and exhibitor details, etc.

Booth Selection

    Choose the booth type that best suits your needs.

    Standard Booth: Equipped with basic display facilities, including display boards, spotlights, power sockets, etc.

    Special Booth:  Can be customized to align with your corporate image and display requirements. Exhibitors are responsible for the design and decoration.

Booth Reservation and Fees

    Please pay close attention to the booth reservation deadline, plan and complete the reservation process in advance, and ensure timely payment of the corresponding booth fees. Fees may vary depending on factors such as booth location, size, and scale of the exhibition.

Exhibition Schedule and Preparations

    Strictly adhere to the exhibition hall's opening and closing times. Before each exhibition session, please arrive at your booth in advance and make preparations. After the exhibition, ensure your booth is organized and all waste is cleaned up in accordance with the regulations.

On-Site Regulations and Safety

    Please comply with the order and safety regulations at the exhibition site.

    No debris or obstructions should be placed around the booth to avoid obstructing the passage.

    Without permission, electrical equipment should not be used to avoid potential safety hazards.

    For special exhibition equipment or activities, please apply to the exhibition organizer for a prior approval.
